About Me
Intuitive, warm, humorous, and grounded are words, others have used to describe me. Born and raised near the Santa Monica mountains of Southern California my path, like many, has me entered and entailed a variety of experiences that influence how I show up. I have a masters degree in counseling, psychology and nearly a decade of experience working as a Therapist with youth, families, and individual individuals in community based settings, schools, and foster care. I also had a professional business as a birth Doula. I now work as a life coach, helping others birth, their authentic selves. Prior, I lived in Northern New Mexico, helping start school gardens and implement environmental education in schools.
When not working I can be found on a hike, practicing yoga, dancing, being caught up in a creative project, or simply cradling a cup of coffee, taking in the view of the pinewood trees outside my home.
